  • Account registration: name, email address, phone number, business name, and password.
  • Business profile: ABN, business address, logo, and trade licence details (if provided).
  • Customer records: names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of your clients that you enter into the app.
  • Quotes & invoices: line items, pricing, job details, and notes you create within the app.
  • Payment information: billing name and address. Full card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
  • Support communications: messages, emails, or attachments you send us when seeking assistance.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, and session duration.
  • Device & browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and referring URL.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 9 below.

3.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from payment processors (e.g., transaction status) and analytics providers. We do not purchase personal data from data brokers.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure:

  • Your account data (customers, quotes, invoices) is deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
  • Billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian taxation law.
  • Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 8.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the following rights:

Access

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access where permitted by law.
